The 2011–2018 Mercedes-Benz C218/X218 CLS550 Control Exhaust + Z Pipe System combines a valved Control exhaust with a high-flow Z pipe, engineered to give you full control over the twin-turbocharged 4.7L V8 sound while unlocking maximum performance from the factory-restricted exhaust path. Featuring a valved Control system paired with a high-flow Z pipe, it delivers both an on-demand tone switch and a true high-flow setup.

Available in stainless steel 304 or Grade 5 titanium, this system gives you the choice between durability with a deep, refined tone, or reduced weight with a sharper, more exotic sound profile.

By reducing backpressure directly from the turbochargers with the Z pipe, this setup significantly improves turbo efficiency, resulting in faster spool, sharper throttle response, and increased power delivery. Combined with the valved Control system, you get maximum flow with full control over the sound.

With valves closed, the system remains quiet, smooth, and composed for daily driving. Open the valves, and it delivers a louder, sharper, and more aggressive tone with improved flow and responsiveness.

Constructed using precision TIG welding and mandrel-bent tubing, the system is built to withstand extreme temperatures while maintaining optimal airflow. Designed as a direct bolt-on system, installation is seamless with no cutting required.
