Refund policy

At HP House, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Cancelations

  • Cancelations are only allowed within 48 hours of purchase
  • Orders canceled after 48 hours will incur a 20% allocation fee
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

Return Eligibility

  • All claims must be handled by original buyer
  • Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
  • Damage during delivery must be reported within 48 hours
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in original packaging
  • Damaged returns will incur additional restocking fee
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns without an RA will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed Items
  • Shipping damage or mispackaged items without documentation
  • Incomplete returns (missing components or hardware)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

HP House reserves the right to approve or decline returns on a case-by-case basis.


Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

     

This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.


Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

     

HP House is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be issued minus the 30% restocking fee and any non-refundable charges

     

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Special-order items
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • You must contact HP House within 48 hours of delivery
  • If an issue arises during installation, do not remove the product before receiving confirmation of return approval; on-car diagnosis may help resolve issues without removal
  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification

     

If approved, HP House will provide instructions for replacement or resolution.


Order Refusals & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs, duties, or import fees are not refundable

     

  • Unclaimed or abandoned shipments will not be eligible for refunds
