Manufacturing & Processing Time

Most HP House products are made to order.

  • Manufacturing, processing, and preparation may take approximately 1–4 weeks, and in some cases longer, depending on the product

  • Orders will not ship immediately after purchase

  • Order processing begins only after payment is successfully completed

  • Professional installation highly recommended (No Instructions Included)

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this manufacturing timeline.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, customs processing, and external factors

  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout or via email are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • HP House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances

International Shipping

  • Orders may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures, additional duties, taxes, or import-related fees at the destination. These charges are not included and must be paid by the buyer.

  • Any delays caused by customs are outside HP House’s control

Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier:

  • The shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier

  • HP House is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit
