Quality at HP House is defined by construction standards.

HPH systems are manufactured using:

• 304 stainless steel
• Grade 5 titanium options on select platforms
• Mandrel-bent piping
• TIG-welded joints
• Precision-cut flanges
• X-ray inspection of weld seams

Weld penetration, alignment, and mounting strength are inspected to withstand:

• High exhaust temperatures
• Repeated heat cycles
• Vibration stress
• Daily road use

Sound absorption materials and internal architecture are selected to deliver a refined tone without unnecessary resonance or drone.
