HP House specializes in automotive performance parts and related products.

  • All products may be made-to-order

     

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the final item

  • Fitment, compatibility, and performance depend on the customer’s vehicle configuration

     

  • Our products are not designed to meet any emissions standards and are not for street or highway use. These products are not certified and may not be legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles in any country.
  • Images shown are for reference purposes. Actual product may vary slightly in finish, color, and detailing due to the nature of materials

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website

     

  • Prices may change without notice

     

  • Payment must be completed before orders are processed or shipped

     

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order processing times vary depending on product type and supplier availability. Manufacturing, processing, and preparation may take approximately 1–4 weeks, and in some cases longer, depending on the product

     

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, logistics delays, or external factors

     

  • HP House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

     

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective

     

  • Returns require prior approval

     

  • Shipping costs/labor costs/return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated


Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to processing time.

Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty is provided only for products where it is explicitly stated on the product page.

    Where a warranty is specified, coverage is limited to one (1) year or 25,000 miles/40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase.

    This warranty is provided by the manufacturer or supplier and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.


     

  • This warranty does not cover any damage or failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, excessive heat or overheating, impact damage (including but not limited to scrapes, dents, or bends) or accidents
  • HP House does not guarantee specific performance results

     

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HP House shall not be liable for:

  • Installation errors

     

  • Vehicle damage

     

  • Loss of use

     

  • Indirect or consequential damages

     

  • Warranty applied for original purchaser only, second owners must purchase replacement parts separately

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all performance parts.

Vehicle Use Disclaimer

Performance parts may:

  • Affect vehicle reliability, emissions, or warranty

     

  • Be intended for off-road or motorsport use only, depending on the product

     

It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of HP House and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • Shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country

     

  • All customs, duties, and import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer

     

  • HP House has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or refund them

     

  • Orders refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs or duty fees will not be refunded

     

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all applicable import charges.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise stated.
