HP House was founded by enthusiasts who have spent years building, tuning, modifying, and racing real cars, not just selling parts.
From high-horsepower forced induction builds to naturally aspirated performance platforms, our foundation is hands-on mechanical experience. Our goal from day one has been simple:
Deliver properly engineered performance exhaust systems built from premium materials, with correct fitment, functional gains, and refined sound.
We are not in the business of selling universal, “one-size-fits-all” exhaust components modified slightly to fit multiple vehicles.
Every HPH application is platform-specific.
Our Approach
When a new performance vehicle enters the market, our first priority is understanding the engine platform, exhaust architecture, turbo configuration (if applicable), available chassis space, and factory backpressure design.
Before offering a system under the HPH name, we evaluate:
• Engine displacement and configuration
• Turbo vs. naturally aspirated characteristics
• OEM pipe diameter and flow restrictions
• Space constraints under the chassis
• Sensor placement (O2 / EGT where applicable)
• Heat management requirements
Only then is a properly sized configuration selected.
We do not believe in oversizing pipe diameter “for marketing numbers.”
We do not believe in undersized restrictive designs for cost savings.
Each system must balance:
• Flow efficiency
• Throttle response
• Mid-range torque retention
• Top-end power
• Refined sound quality
Engineering & Manufacturing Standards
HPH exhaust systems are manufactured using:
• 304 stainless steel
• Grade 5 Titanium options on select applications
• TIG-welded joints
• Mandrel-bent piping
• CNC-machined flanges (model dependent)
• Direct bolt-on OE fitment
Original O2 sensor locations are retained where required to avoid ECU issues.
Flange thickness and weld penetration are carefully evaluated to resist thermal cycling and long-term stress.
This is not decorative hardware, this is structural engineering under heat and vibration.
Control Systems (Valved Technology)
Our Control systems utilize precision valved architecture to provide:
• Refined daily driving when valves are closed
• Aggressive, full-flow performance tone when open
The objective is flexibility without sacrificing flow or durability.
Valves are not installed for gimmicks — they are integrated into a direct-flow architecture to maintain proper exhaust velocity when open.
Primary Pipes & High-Flow Configurations
Our Primary Pipes (downpipe systems for turbocharged applications) are engineered to reduce post-turbo restriction and improve spool characteristics.
Available configurations may include:
• Race Pipes (catless)
• Street Pipes (100 / 200 / 300 cell high-flow catalytic options)
Catalytic options are selected to balance flow and emissions compliance where required.
Sound Philosophy
Performance gains throughout the rev range are critical, but sound quality is equally important.
An exhaust should be:
• Deep, controlled, and motorsport-inspired
• Aggressive under load
• Refined at cruising speeds
• Free from excessive rasp or drone
Loud does not equal performance.
HPH systems are engineered for character, not noise for the sake of noise.
No “Cookie Cutter” Systems
Many sellers distribute the same universal components across completely different platforms with minimal adaptation.
Different vehicles have:
• Different engine layouts
• Different firing orders
• Different turbo placement
• Different underbody space
A generic system cannot optimize all of them.
HPH does not follow a mass-template approach.
Each platform is treated individually.
Materials & Durability
All HPH systems are manufactured using corrosion-resistant stainless steel or titanium (where specified).
Critical stress areas are reinforced.
Weld quality is inspected.
Mounting points are OE-aligned.
