The 2021–2025 Audi RS5 B9.5 Control Valved Exhaust System is engineered to give you full control over the twin-turbocharged 2.9L TFSI V6 sound while enhancing performance, response, and daily drivability. Featuring a valved Control system, it allows you to switch seamlessly between a refined tone and a more aggressive exhaust note on demand.

Available in stainless steel 304 or Grade 5 titanium, this system gives you the choice between durability with a deep, refined tone, or reduced weight with a sharper, more exotic sound profile.

Designed to improve exhaust flow over the restrictive factory system, this setup enhances throttle response, high-RPM performance, and amplifies the RS5's signature twin-turbo V6 sound.

With valves closed, the system remains quiet, smooth, and composed for daily driving. Open the valves, and it delivers a louder, sharper, and more aggressive tone with improved flow and responsiveness.

Constructed using precision TIG welding and mandrel-bent tubing, the system is built to withstand extreme temperatures while maintaining optimal airflow. Designed as a direct bolt-on system, installation is seamless with no cutting required.
