The 2020+ Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray / Z51 Control Sport Exhaust System is engineered for drivers who want a louder, sharper, and more aggressive exhaust profile while still maintaining full control over sound on demand. Featuring a valved Control catback system (sport configuration), delivering a more direct and raw V8 experience.

Available in stainless steel 304 or Grade 5 titanium, this system gives you the choice between durability with a deep, aggressive tone, or reduced weight with a sharper, more exotic sound profile.

Built with a dual-path Sport design, the system separates exhaust flow into two distinct routes:

• a straight-through path (no muffler) for maximum volume and minimal restriction
• a muffled path used when valves are closed

When valves are closed, exhaust gases are forced through the muffled section, delivering a controlled yet still aggressive tone. Open the valves, and the system becomes a true straight pipe, allowing exhaust gases to exit with minimal restriction, producing maximum volume and a raw, race-inspired sound. Straight-through exhaust paths are known to produce louder output due to reduced sound absorption and restriction.

Constructed using precision TIG welding and mandrel-bent tubing, the system is built to withstand high temperatures while maintaining optimal airflow. Designed as a direct bolt-on system, installation is seamless with no cutting required.
