BMW X3M F97 X Pipe Control Exhaust System

The system combines an X Pipe mid-section with a valved Control Exhaust, improving exhaust scavenging and balancing exhaust flow between both sides of the exhaust system. This allows exhaust gases from the 3.0-liter twin-turbo S58 inline-six engine to flow more efficiently through the exhaust, reducing backpressure while producing a sharper and more aggressive exhaust tone.

The Control system features electronically controlled dual-mode valves, allowing you to switch instantly between refined cruising and aggressive performance sound. With the valves closed, exhaust gases pass through the mufflers for quieter driving, while opening the valves provides a freer exhaust path that unleashes a louder and more pronounced performance exhaust note.

Constructed from Stainless Steel 304 using TIG welded joints and mandrel-bent tubing, the system ensures smooth exhaust flow, precise fitment, and long-term durability under high heat and load. Stainless Steel 304 provides excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength for reliable long-term performance use.

Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade using factory mounting points, this exhaust installs without cutting or welding and integrates seamlessly with the OEM exhaust layout.
